2. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at sd333: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. If a deposit is delayed, please contact the support team. Depositing from a payment method not registered in your name is prohibited.

2.2

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is ৳1,000.
Withdrawal processing time is generally 5 to 30 minutes.
Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
The original deposited amount cannot be withdrawn before it has been wagered at least once.
sd333 reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspected activity.
Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is completed.

3. Bonus & Promotions

3.1

Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at sd333, you will receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more gives you the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳62,000.

To withdraw bonus winnings, a 10x wagering requirement applies (on the bonus amount only, not the deposit). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

The bonus is applicable once only and must be completed within a specified time limit.
sd333 reserves the right to cancel bonuses at its discretion.
If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the account may be closed.

3.2

VIP & Cashback Program

sd333's VIP program has 5 tiers:

Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier progression depends on your gaming activity and engagement on the platform.

4. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

4.1

General Gaming Terms

Game results may be voided due to technical errors, and wager amounts will be refunded.
In the event of a dispute over a game result, sd333's decision will be considered final.

Game outcomes are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is guaranteed.

4.2

Sports Betting Terms

The sports betting section allows wagering on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. It is the user's responsibility to read the odds and rules carefully before placing a bet.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded or rescheduled in accordance with sd333's policy.

Participation in match fixing or any form of dishonest activity will result in account closure.

5. Prohibited Activities

What Is Not Allowed

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sd333 platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and legal action may be taken where applicable:

Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age)
Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
Registering using a fake identity or forged documents
Creating or operating multiple accounts
Accessing or using another person's account

Intentionally exploiting errors in a game or the system
Abusing bonuses or claiming bonuses under multiple identities
Attempting hacking, phishing, or cyberattacks
Harassing or discriminating against other users

Closure at sd333's Initiative

sd333 may close an account without prior notice in cases of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity. In such cases, the return of any balance will be subject to sd333's discretionary assessment.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between sd333 and the user and supersede all prior oral or written agreements. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver on the part of sd333. These Terms do not grant any rights or remedies to third parties.
